A property had multiple UPVC window handles without keys. I unlocked the existing handles and replaced them with new white UPVC locking window handles throughout, ensuring each window could be secured properly and operated smoothly.

An auto locking UPVC door had shut with the key left inside, preventing access. Using professional door spreaders, I gained entry efficiently and without unnecessary damage, restoring access the same visit.
Mortice Lock Replacement on Jammed Timber Door
A timber back door had a failed three lever Mortice lock which would not turn, leaving it jammed shut. I gained entry, removed the faulty lock and fitted a new Union 3 lever mortice sash lock, cutting in a fresh latch keep where required. The sticking door was eased and adjusted for smoother use. I also carried out maintenance to the front door, improving operation and addressing issues with the night latch for easier handling.
Garage Side Door Cylinder Replacement
