"Cliffe was extremely polite, pleasant and efficient. He came out to free-up a jammed back door lock, which he managed to do in seconds. He then adjusted the mechanism to ensure it doesn't happen again. I mentioned that I also had a french window door whose locking mechanism had been jammed for years and which I imagined I would need to replace at some point...he proceeded to repair this too!"

Thieves Targeting Houses With Locksmith Stickers

Thieves are using stickers advertising a fictitious local locksmith company to mark homes which are an 'easy target'. The criminals carry out a preliminary reconnaissance on the area and mark houses which are deemed as having poor security measures in place. They later return to break into the houses which have already been marked as targets. Patio Door Fixed

Sliding patio door lock on inside not functioning. Mechanism seized on inside locking bar and and cylinder sticky - removed handle, cylinder and front plate. Freed mechanism and reset bar and plate. Installed new lock cylinder and new fixing screws.

Lock Service

Key fails to insert on outside of lock, after lock picking attempt when locked out. One pin seized on outside key plug - freed seized pin, lubricated and tested.
